Product Life Test
Machine Real performance of the products in vehicles is determined through lifetime
tests prepared in accordance with the annual control plans and new product practices.
During this test air springs are fitted in machines, and then set to work in proper
height and under maximum pressure conditions specified in product specification.
Pressure and expansion levels are recorded, at the same time all the modifications
of air springs are traced by the computer. Test results are summarized in graphs
and tables, then considering product specification technicians do conformity works.
Obtained lifetime results are used as an indicator in Research & Development
activities, in product improvements, innovative and preventive works.
Expansion and Lifting Test Machine
Air Suspension Springs were projected to facilitate transportation of the loads
in a balanced way. For that reason it’s inevitable to check the required expansion-lifting
levels of air springs. Creating real load conditions in Expansion and Lifting Test
Machine, it is checked whether the projected lifting levels are reached. Besides,
changes in diameter of springs are examined under increasing load levels. As tests
are performed by computer, in every pressure levels, diameter expansion can be found
in corresponding lifting power. Test results are summarized in graphs and tables,
then considering product specification technicians do conformity works.
Blowout Test Machine
To determine maximum resistance pressure of air springs, we perform blowout tests.
In this process to ensure work safety, air springs are loaded with air inflows in
a covered area. Blowout pressure is analyzed in accordance with product specification
and is controlled by computers.
