Our Human Resources Mission in HSS Otomotiv is to employ people who is progressive,
open to revolutions and developments and who can improve their abilities; and we
aim to advance the competition power of our company by improving employees' capabilities
according to their duties.
HSS Otomotiv Human Resources Management consists of:
- Supply of workforce
- The adaptation of the employees to work
- The performance Evaluation concerning Employee Improvement; Employee Participation
System and Education of Employees.
Supply of Workforce
The ultimate goal of Human Resourses Management is to obtain directors and workers
who can execute the aims of the company and has the capabilities to support the
company to reach an accomplishment. The abilities, which the candidates have, are
compared with the abilities which are crucial to fulfil the duties. The most suitable
person is chosen by holding an interview according to that comparison. The abilities
are according to needs of duties that we look for:

The adaptation to work Process
That process involves informing the employees about the main goals of the company
and co-workers and introducing the company mainly with the purpose of adaptation
of new employees to work immediately. The adaptation process includes introducing
new workers to their co-workers, training them according to training programme,
showing them around and describing working environment and explaining rules.
Employee Satisfaction
Employees' satisfaction of their job effects their interest in their job, their
responsibilities to take part in aims of the company. In this context employee satisfaction
is determined by some tests, taken by employees which includes questions relating
to employees' point of view about their job, relationship with their colleagues,
their attitude towards their job.
Performance Evaluations
Performance evaluations are held in two groups separately for administrative workers
and manual workers, aiming for development and improvement. The test for the administrative
workers evaluates employees' commitment to company, personal features, know-how
level and management abilities. The test for the manual workers evaluates employees'
attitudes towards the job, behaviours, learning and working abilities, taking responsibility
and being trustworthy and relationship with co-workers.
Employee Participation System
It is a system to make the development of the company constant. In that system the
benefits and disadvantages are determined by a board which employees can write their
opinions on. These opinions are appraised in the assessment meetings and if they
are regarded as significant matters, they are put into practise.
Succesful Employee
Another method for constant development of the company is the Successful Employee
scheme. The Successful Employee is selected by voting, according to employees' accomplishments
and attitudes towards their colleagues and then the result is announced.
Education of Employees
Education is the most important investment in human resources. Internal/External
education succeeds to improve employees' abilities and gains to develop their performances.
The education process includes some phases. First of all education needs are determined
according to aims of the company, technique and technological developments, success
evaluations, descriptions of working environment. Then education activities examined
by tests, besides by internal inspections.
